Create an SIP IP access control list

Creates an IP access control list for an account. Provide a FriendlyName to identify the list; the response includes its generated SID and resource URI.

Error handling

FriendlyName is required and can be up to 255 characters. The AccountSid path parameter must match the AC prefix followed by 32 hexadecimal characters.
