Create a caller ID validation request

Creates a caller ID validation request for an account by initiating a verification call to a phone number. Supply PhoneNumber in E.164 format; you can also configure the call delay, extension, friendly name, and status callback. The response includes the validation code that someone must enter when the number is called.

AccountSidstringrequired
The account SID responsible for the new caller ID resource. Must be 34 characters and match the `AC` SID format.

Optional form-encoded settings for the caller ID verification request; PhoneNumber is required.

PhoneNumberstringrequired
The phone number to verify in [E.164](https://www.twilio.com/docs/glossary/what-e164) format, which consists of a + followed by the country code and subscriber number.
FriendlyNamestringoptional
A descriptive string that you create to describe the new caller ID resource. It can be up to 64 characters long. The default value is a formatted version of the phone number.
CallDelayintegeroptional
The number of seconds to delay before initiating the verification call. Can be an integer between `0` and `60`, inclusive. The default is `0`.

The digits to dial after connecting the verification call.

The URL we should call using the `status_callback_method` to send status information about the verification process to your application.

Error handling

PhoneNumber is required and must use E.164 format, with a + followed by the country code and subscriber number. CallDelay must be an integer from 0 to 60, and FriendlyName can contain up to 64 characters. StatusCallbackMethod must be GET or POST.
