Create message feedback

Creates Message Feedback to record whether the recipient performed a tracked action associated with a message. Identify the account and message, then optionally provide the reported Outcome. The response contains the created feedback resource.

  • IdempotentThe SDK sends Idempotency-Key, so a retried request is only applied once.

AccountSidstringrequired
The SID of the account associated with the Message resource for which to create feedback. It must be a 34-character account SID beginning with `AC`.
MessageSidstringrequired
The SID of the Message resource for which to create feedback. It must be a 34-character SID beginning with `SM` or `MM`.

Optional form-encoded feedback details.

Outcomestringoptional
Reported outcome indicating whether there is confirmation that the Message recipient performed a tracked user action. Can be: `unconfirmed` or `confirmed`. Error handling

AccountSid must be a 34-character account SID beginning with AC, and MessageSid must be a 34-character Message SID beginning with SM or MM. If you provide Outcome, it must be confirmed or unconfirmed.
