Create a queue

Creates a queue for an account. Supply FriendlyName to describe the queue; MaxSize controls the number of calls it can hold and defaults to 1000 when omitted. The response contains the created queue and its generated SID.

The account SID that will own the queue, in the format `AC` followed by 32 hexadecimal characters.

Queue settings for the queue to create.

A descriptive string that you created to describe this resource. It can be up to 64 characters long.
MaxSizeintegeroptional
The maximum number of calls allowed to be in the queue. The default is 1000. The maximum is 5000.

201Returns the created queue object, including its generated SID, account SID, friendly name, current size, maximum size, average wait time, and creation and update dates.

Error handling

The AccountSid path parameter must be a 34-character account SID beginning with AC followed by 32 hexadecimal characters. FriendlyName is required and can be up to 64 characters; MaxSize must not exceed 5000 and defaults to 1000 when omitted.
